अहिंसयित्वा ब्रह्महत्याविधानम् / Brahmahatyā incurred without physical violence
अमानिन: सर्वसहा दृढार्था विजितेन्द्रिया: । सर्वभूतहिता मैत्रास्ते भ्यो दत्त महाफलम्
amāninaḥ sarvasahā dṛḍhārthā vijitendriyāḥ | sarvabhūtahitā maitrās tebhyo dattaṃ mahāphalam ||
بھیشم نے کہا—جو خودپسندی سے پاک ہوں، ہر سختی برداشت کرنے والے ہوں، مقصد میں ثابت قدم ہوں، حواس پر قابو پا چکے ہوں، اور تمام جانداروں کے خیرخواہ اور سب کے ساتھ مَیتری بھاؤ رکھنے والے ہوں—ایسے لوگوں کو دیا گیا دان عظیم پھل دیتا ہے۔
