devatānantaraṃ viprāṃs tapaḥsiddhāṃs tapo'dhikān

Translation

بھیشم نے کہا— دیوتاؤں کے بعد برہمنوں کی تعظیم کرنی چاہیے—جو تپسیا سے سِدھ ہوئے ہوں اور جو ریاضت میں برتر ہوں۔
