लोकथर्मे च धर्मे च विशेषकरणं कृतम् । यथैकत्वं पुनर्यान्ति प्राणिनस्तत्र विस्तर:
lokadharme ca dharme ca viśeṣakaraṇaṃ kṛtam | yathaikatvaṃ punaryānti prāṇinastatra vistaraḥ ||
بھیشم نے کہا—لوک دھرم اور دھرم (مقدس فریضے) کے درمیان امتیاز مقرر کیا گیا ہے۔ اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ جاندار اپنے اپنے دھرم کی ادائیگی سے دوبارہ وحدت کو پا لیں؛ اس باب میں شاستروں نے تفصیل سے بیان کیا ہے۔
