ततः सो<भ्यद्रवद् देवान् रुद्रो रौद्रपराक्रम: । भगस्य नयने क्रुद्धः प्रहारेण व्यशातयत्,तदनन्तर भयानक पराक्रमी रुद्र देवताओंकी ओर दौड़े। उन्होंने क्रोधपूर्वक प्रहार करके भगदेवताके नेत्र नष्ट कर दिये
tataḥ so 'bhyadravad devān rudro raudra-parākramaḥ | bhagasya nayane kruddhaḥ prahāreṇa vyaśātayat ||
پھر خوفناک و سخت ہیبت والے رُدر دیوتاؤں کی طرف لپکے۔ غضب میں انہوں نے ایک ہی ضرب سے بھگ دیوتا کی آنکھیں پھوڑ ڈالیں۔
