Shloka 32

ब्राह्मणा एव जायेरन्‌ नान्यो वर्ण: कथंचन । को होन॑ रथमास्थाय जीवेदन्य: पुमानिह,यह महान्‌ आश्वर्यकी बात देखकर दशार्हवंशी यादवोंको बड़ा क्रोध हुआ। उनमेंसे कुछ लोग वहाँ आपसमें इस प्रकार बातें करने लगे--“भाइयो! इस संसारमें ब्राह्मण ही पैदा हों, दूसरा कोई वर्ण किसी तरह पैदा न हो। अन्यथा यहाँ इन बाबाजीके सिवा और कौन पुरुष इस रथपर बैठकर जीवित रह सकता था

brāhmaṇā eva jāyeran nānyo varṇaḥ kathaṃcana | ko hy enaṃ ratham āsthāya jīved anyaḥ pumān iha ||

“صرف برہمن ہی پیدا ہوں، کسی طرح کوئی اور ورن پیدا نہ ہو۔ کیونکہ اس دنیا میں اس مہاتما کے سوا اور کون مرد اس رتھ پر چڑھ کر زندہ رہ سکتا ہے؟”
