कैलासं प्रस्थितां चैव नदीं गड्जां महातपा: । आनयत् तत्सरो दिव्यं तया भिन्न च तत्सर:
kailāsaṁ prasthitāṁ caiva nadīṁ gaṅgāṁ mahātapāḥ | ānayat tatsaro divyaṁ tayā bhinnaṁ ca tatsaraḥ ||
مہاتپسویوں نے کَیلاش کی طرف روانہ گنگا ندی کو اُس دیویہ سرور میں لے آیا۔ گنگا کے داخل ہوتے ہی اُس سرور کا بند ٹوٹ گیا۔
भीष्म उवाच
