यश्न गोवृषभाड्कस्य प्रभावस्तं च मे शृणु । रुद्राण्या: संशयो यश्व दम्पत्योस्तं च मे शृणु

Transliteration

yad go-vṛṣabhāṅkasya prabhāvas taṁ ca me śṛṇu | rudrāṇyāḥ saṁśayo yad vai dampatyos taṁ ca me śṛṇu ||

Translation

بھیشم نے کہا: سنو! میں گاؤ-ورِشب کے نشان والے پروردگار کی شان و جلال بیان کرتا ہوں؛ اور رُدرانی (پاروتی) کے دل میں جو شک پیدا ہوا اور پھر الٰہی زوجین شِو اور پاروتی کے درمیان جو مکالمہ ہوا، وہ بھی سنو۔ قدیم زمانوں سے نارائن اور مہادیو کی عظمت اور ان کی قوت کے اثر کے بارے میں جو کچھ میں نے سنا ہے، وہی میں تمہیں سناتا ہوں۔
