Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
शूरं बलवतां श्रेष्ठ कान्तरूपमकल्मषम् | आत्मतुल्यं मम सुतं प्रयच्छाच्युत माचिरम्
śūraṃ balavatāṃ śreṣṭhaṃ kāntarūpam akalmaṣam | ātmatulyaṃ mama sutaṃ prayacchācyuta māciram ||
اے اَچُیوت! مجھے بلا تاخیر میرے ہی مانند ایک بیٹا عطا کیجیے—جو بہادر ہو، طاقتوروں میں سب سے برتر ہو، صورت و جمال میں دلکش ہو اور ہر عیب و آلودگی سے پاک ہو۔ اس میں ٹال مٹول نہ ہونی چاہیے۔
