Transliteration

śatāni sapta caivāhaṃ vāyubhakṣas tadā bhavam | ekaṃ varṣasahasraṃ tu divyam ārādhito mayā ||

Translation

واسودیو نے کہا—اُس وقت میں نے صرف ہوا پر گزارا کرتے ہوئے سات سو برس بسر کیے۔ اسی طرح میں نے پورے ایک ہزار دیویہ برسوں تک بھکتی اور تپسیا کے ساتھ اُن کی عبادت و آرادھنا کی۔
