एतद् व: कथितं गुह्ममखिलेन तपोधना: । संशयं पृच्छमानानां कि भूय: कथयाम्यहम्,“तपोधनो! तुमलोगोंने जो संशय पूछा है, उसके समाधानके लिये मैंने यह सारा गूढ़ रहस्य तुम्हें बताया है। बताओ और क्या कहूँ”
etad vaḥ kathitaṃ guhyam akhilena tapodhanāḥ | saṃśayaṃ pṛcchamānānāṃ kiṃ bhūyaḥ kathayāmy aham ||
اے اہلِ تپسیا! تمہارے پوچھے ہوئے شک کو دور کرنے کے لیے میں نے یہ سارا پوشیدہ بھید پوری طرح بیان کر دیا۔ اب میں اور کیا کہوں؟
भीष्म उवाच
That the speaker has already conveyed the complete ‘guhya’ (confidential/esoteric) instruction intended to remove the listeners’ doubts; the emphasis is on the sufficiency and completeness of the dharma-teaching once properly explained.
Bhishma concludes a segment of instruction addressed to ascetic inquirers (‘tapodhanāḥ’), stating that he has fully answered their questions and asking what further they wish to hear.
