क्लिश्यमानान् विमार्गेषु कामक्रोधावृतात्मन: । मन्ये त्वं ध्यायसि जनांस्तेनासि हरिण: कृश:
kliśyamānān vimārgeṣu kāmakrodhāvṛtātmanaḥ | manye tvaṃ dhyāyasi janāṃs tenāsi hariṇaḥ kṛśaḥ ||
برہمن نے کہا—“میرا گمان ہے تم اُن لوگوں ہی کا خیال کرتے رہتے ہو جن کے باطن پر خواہش اور غضب کا پردہ ہے، اور جو غلط راہوں پر چل کر مصیبتیں جھیل رہے ہیں۔ ایسے رنجوروں کی فکر میں تم ہرن کی طرح دبلا اور زرد رو ہو گئے ہو۔”
