Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity
न हीदृशमनायुष्यं लोके किंचन विद्यते । यादृशं पुरुषस्येह परदारोपसेवनम्
na hīdṛśam anāyuṣyaṁ loke kiṁcana vidyate | yādṛśaṁ puruṣasyeha paradāropasevanam ||
بھیشم نے کہا— اس دنیا میں کسی دوسرے کی بیوی سے تعلق قائم کرنے جیسا عمر کو برباد کرنے والا کوئی عمل نہیں۔ یہاں مرد کے لیے پرائی زوجہ کی طلب و لذت کے برابر زندگی کو یقینی طور پر گھٹا دینے والا کوئی اور کام نہیں۔
