Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity
तदावसेत् सदा प्राज्ञो भवार्थी मनुजेश्वर । मनुजेश्वर! अपनी उन्नति चाहनेवाले विद्वान् पुरुषको उचित है कि ब्राह्मणके द्वारा वास्तुपूजनपूर्वक आरम्भ कराये और अच्छे कारीगरके द्वारा बनाये हुए घरमें सदा निवास करे
tad āvaset sadā prājño bhavārthī manu-jeśvara |
اے انسانوں کے سردار! جو دانا شخص ترقی و خوشحالی چاہے، اسے چاہیے کہ برہمن سے واستو-پوجن کروا کر تعمیر کا آغاز کرے، اور ماہر کاریگروں کے بنائے ہوئے خوش ساختہ گھر میں ہمیشہ سکونت اختیار کرے۔
