उपदेशदोषप्रसङ्गः (Upadeśa-doṣa-prasaṅgaḥ) — The Risk of Misapplied Counsel
सांख्ये चैव परा प्रीतिस्तस्य चैवं व्यवर्धत । वे ऋषि वेद और अथर्ववेदके परिनिष्छित विद्वान् हो गये। कल्पप्रयोग और ज्योतिषयमें भी पारंगत हुए। सांख्यमें भी उनका परम अनुराग बढ़ने लगा
sāṅkhye caiva parā prītis tasya caivaṃ vyavardhata |
سانکھیا میں بھی اس کی اعلیٰ ترین مسرّت پیدا ہوئی اور اسی طرح بڑھتی چلی گئی۔ وید، ویدانگ اور اتھرو وید کے فیصلوں میں وہ رِشی کامل عالم ہو گیا؛ کلپ کے عملی اُصولوں اور جوتش میں بھی ماہر ہوا؛ اور سانکھیا کے باب میں اس کی گہری رغبت روز بروز بڑھنے لگی۔
