त॑ तु धौम्यादयो विप्रा: परिवार्योपतस्थिरे । बृहस्पतिसमा मुख्या: प्रजापतिमिवामरा:
te tu dhaumyādayo viprāḥ parivāryopatasthire | bṛhaspati-samā mukhyāḥ prajāpati-mivāmarāḥ ||
پھر دھَومْیَ وغیرہ برہمن اُن کے گرد حلقہ باندھ کر خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے؛ اُن میں جو سرکردہ تھے وہ بُرہسپتی کے مانند تھے—جیسے دیوتا پرجاپتی کی خدمت میں کھڑے رہتے ہیں، ویسے ہی یہ رِشی راجا کے پاس رہ کر دھرم کے مطابق مشورہ اور سہارا دیتے تھے۔
