इति श्रीमहाभारते आदिपर्वणि बकवधपर्वणि बकभीमसेनयुद्धे द्विषष्ट्यधिकशततमो<ध्याय:
iti śrīmahābhārate ādiparvaṇi bakavadhaparvaṇi bakabhīmasenayuddhe dviṣaṣṭyadhikaśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ
یوں شری مہابھارت کے آدی پَرو میں بَک وَدھ پَرو کے تحت بَک اور بھیم سین کے یُدھ کے प्रसنگ میں ایک سو باسٹھواں ادھیائے اختتام کو پہنچا۔
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Even when force is used, dharma is served when it is directed toward protecting the helpless and restraining predatory harm; the colophon frames the episode as a morally significant act of safeguarding society.
This line is a chapter-ending colophon stating that the chapter concludes within the Ādi Parva, in the Bakavadha episode, specifically the combat between Baka and Bhīmasena.
