योगान्तरायाः, औपसर्गिकसिद्धयः, परवैराग्येन शैवप्रसादः

सूत उवाच आलस्यं प्रथमं पश्चाद् व्याधिपीडा प्रजायते प्रमादः संशयस्थाने चित्तस्येहानवस्थितिः

sūta uvāca ālasyaṃ prathamaṃ paścād vyādhipīḍā prajāyate pramādaḥ saṃśayasthāne cittasyehānavasthitiḥ

سوت نے کہا—سب سے پہلے سستی پیدا ہوتی ہے، پھر بیماری کی اذیت جنم لیتی ہے۔ اس کے بعد غفلت آتی ہے؛ اور جب شک جگہ پکڑ لے تو دھرم اور شِو کے راستے میں دل و ذہن ثابت قدم نہیں رہتے۔
