भ्रमणं स्वेदजन्या सा संविन्मूर्छा भवेद्यदा तदोत्तमोत्तमः प्रोक्तः प्राणायामः सुशोभनः
bhramaṇaṃ svedajanyā sā saṃvinmūrchā bhavedyadā tadottamottamaḥ proktaḥ prāṇāyāmaḥ suśobhanaḥ
