शिवालये निहत्यैकम् अपि तत्सकलं लभेत् शिवार्थं सर्वदा कार्या पुष्पहिंसा द्विजोत्तमाः

Transliteration

śivālaye nihatyaikam api tatsakalaṃ labhet śivārthaṃ sarvadā kāryā puṣpahiṃsā dvijottamāḥ

Translation

اے بہترین دْوِج، شِو مندر میں ایک پھول توڑنے سے بھی اس نذر کا پورا ثواب ملتا ہے۔ اس لیے شِو کے لیے پھول لینے میں جو ‘ہنسا’ سمجھی جاتی ہے، اسے بھی ہمیشہ مقدس پوجا-کرم کے طور پر انجام دینا چاہیے۔
