Adhyaya 70: आदिसर्गः—महत्-अहङ्कार-तन्मात्रा-भूतसृष्टिः, ब्रह्माण्डावरणम्, प्रजासर्गः, त्रिमूर्ति-शैवाधिष्ठानम्

अहरन्ते प्रलीयन्ते रात्र्यन्ते विश्वसंभवः स्वात्मन्यवस्थिते व्यक्ते विकारे प्रतिसंहृते

aharante pralīyante rātryante viśvasaṃbhavaḥ svātmanyavasthite vyakte vikāre pratisaṃhṛte

دن کے اختتام پر سب کچھ لَے ہو جاتا ہے؛ رات کے اختتام پر عالم کا سرچشمہ پرمیشور اپنے ہی آتما-سوروپ میں قائم رہتا ہے۔ جب ظاہر تَتْو اسی میں ٹھہرتا ہے تو وِکار اپنے سبب میں واپس سمٹ جاتے ہیں۔
