Adhyaya 70: आदिसर्गः—महत्-अहङ्कार-तन्मात्रा-भूतसृष्टिः, ब्रह्माण्डावरणम्, प्रजासर्गः, त्रिमूर्ति-शैवाधिष्ठानम्

अस्यात्मना सर्वमिदं व्याप्तं त्वासीच्छिवेच्छया गुणसाम्ये तदा तस्मिन्न् अविभागे तमोमये

asyātmanā sarvamidaṃ vyāptaṃ tvāsīcchivecchayā guṇasāmye tadā tasminn avibhāge tamomaye

اُسی کے اپنے آتما-سوروپ سے یہ سب کچھ محیط تھا؛ اور شِو کی اِچھّا سے، اُس وقت جب گُنوں میں کامل توازن تھا، سب کچھ اسی غیر منقسم، تمومَی (غیر ظاہر) حالت میں قائم تھا۔
