vistarānugrahaḥ sargaḥ kīrtyamāno nibodhata caturdhāvasthitaḥ so 'tha sarvabhūteṣu kṛtsnaśaḥ
Suta Goswami (narrating to the sages of Naimisharanya)
It frames creation itself as Shiva’s anugraha (grace) and as all-pervading—supporting Linga worship as contemplation of the Pati who indwells every being and element.
Shiva-tattva is implied as the gracious ground of manifestation: the one reality whose power of anugraha unfolds creation and remains present in a fourfold mode throughout all beings.
A key Pashupata-style takeaway is inner pervasion-meditation: recognize the Lord (Pati) as present in all bhutas, loosening pasha (bondage) through right knowledge and contemplative worship of the Linga.
