यदुवंश-प्रवचनम्: हैहय-क्रोष्टु-वंशविस्तारः (कृतवीर्यार्जुनादि, ज्यामघ-विदर्भ-शात्वत-पर्यन्तम्)

ऐक्ष्वाकीम् अवहच्चांशुः सत्त्वस्तस्मादजायत सत्त्वात् सर्वगुणोपेतः सात्वतः कुलवर्धनः

aikṣvākīm avahaccāṃśuḥ sattvastasmādajāyata sattvāt sarvaguṇopetaḥ sātvataḥ kulavardhanaḥ

اَمشُو نے اِکشواکو وَنش کی راجکماری سے بیاہ کیا۔ اس سے سَتْو پیدا ہوا؛ اور سَتْو سے تمام اوصاف سے آراستہ ساتوت جنما، جو خاندان بڑھانے والا تھا۔
