न्यगूर्ध्वाधः प्रचारो ऽस्य सुषुम्नः परिकीर्तितः हरिकेशः पुरस्ताद् यो ऋक्षयोनिः प्रकीर्त्यते

Transliteration

nyagūrdhvādhaḥ pracāro 'sya suṣumnaḥ parikīrtitaḥ harikeśaḥ purastād yo ṛkṣayoniḥ prakīrtyate

Translation

اس کی حرکت نیچے اور اوپر دونوں طرف پھیلتی ہے؛ اسی کو ‘سُشُمنّا’ (مرکزی نالی) کہا گیا ہے۔ مشرق میں ‘ہریکیش’ ہے جو ‘رِکشَیونی’ کے نام سے بھی معروف ہے۔
