भुवनकोशस्वभाववर्णनम् — सप्तद्वीप-पर्वत-लोकविन्यासः तथा यक्ष-उमा-प्रकाशः

महावीतं तु यद्वर्षं बाह्यतो मानसस्य तु तस्यैवाभ्यन्तरो यस्तु धातकीखण्ड उच्यते

Transliteration

mahāvītaṃ tu yadvarṣaṃ bāhyato mānasasya tu tasyaivābhyantaro yastu dhātakīkhaṇḍa ucyate

Translation

‘مہاویت’ نامی ورش مانس (مانسوتر) کے بیرونی جانب ہے؛ اور اسی پھیلاؤ کے اندر جو حصہ ہے وہ ‘دھاتکی کھنڈ’ کہلاتا ہے۔
