śaṅkhe vā tāmrapātre vā alābhe mṛnmaye pi vā / tilodakaṃ samādāya sarvoṣadhimasanvitam

Translation

شنکھ یا تانبے کے برتن میں—اور اگر وہ میسر نہ ہو تو مٹی کے برتن میں بھی—تل والا پانی (تِلودک) لے کر، کسی بھی جڑی بوٹی کی آمیزش کے بغیر نذر کرے۔
