एवमादिक्रमेणैव सर्वे ऽधो ऽधः परिस्थिताः / दुः खोत्कर्षश्च सर्वेषु कर्मस्वपि निमित्ततः

evamādikrameṇaiva sarve 'dho 'dhaḥ paristhitāḥ / duḥ khotkarṣaśca sarveṣu karmasvapi nimittataḥ

اسی ترتیب سے وہ تمام جہنم ایک کے نیچے ایک واقع ہیں۔ اعمال کے سبب ہی ان سب میں دکھ اور تکلیف کی شدت بڑھتی جاتی ہے۔
