स्वाध्यायमन्वहं कुर्यान्न पचेच्चान्नमात्मने / बालस्ववासिनीवृद्धगर्भिण्यातुरकन्यकाः
svādhyāyamanvahaṃ kuryānna paceccānnamātmane / bālasvavāsinīvṛddhagarbhiṇyāturakanyakāḥ
ہر روز سوادھیائے کرنا چاہیے اور صرف اپنے لیے کھانا نہیں پکانا چاہیے۔ بچوں، گھر کے زیرِکفالت افراد، بوڑھوں، حاملہ عورتوں، بیماروں اور غیر شادی شدہ لڑکیوں کو بھی اناج دے کر سیر کرنا چاہیے۔
