आदाय तत्सकलमेव ततो ऽन्नभाण्डं जम्बीरजातरसयोजनया विपक्रम् / घृष्टं ततो मृदुतनूकृतपिण्डमूलैः कुर्याद्यथेष्टमनु मौक्तिकमाशु विद्धम्

پھر اُس تمام مادّہ کو لے کر برتنِ طعام میں رکھے اور جمبیر (لیموں) کا رس ملا کر خوب پکائے۔ اس کے بعد نرم کر کے باریک کیے ہوئے جڑوں کے لیپ سے رگڑ کر جیسا چاہے ویسا قالب دے؛ موتی جلد ہی سوراخ ہو کر پروئے جانے کے قابل ہو جاتا ہے۔
