अत्युष्णा मण्डकाः पथ्याः शीतला गुखो मताः / अनुपानञ्च पानीयं श्रमतृष्णादिनाशनम्

بہت گرم مَنڈک کیک پَتھّیہ (موزوں) مانے گئے ہیں، اور گُکھا کو ٹھنڈک دینے والی کہا گیا ہے۔ انوپان کے طور پر پانی پینا چاہیے، جو تھکن، پیاس وغیرہ کو دور کرتا ہے۔
