उष्णं वारि ज्वरश्वासमेदो ऽनिलकफापहम् / शृतं शीतत्रिदोषघ्नमुषितं तच्च दोषलम्
uṣṇaṃ vāri jvaraśvāsamedo 'nilakaphāpaham / śṛtaṃ śītatridoṣaghnamuṣitaṃ tacca doṣalam
گرم پانی بخار، سانس کی تنگی اور زائد چربی کو کم کرتا ہے اور وات و کَف کے دَوش دور کرتا ہے۔ اُبال کر ٹھنڈا کیا ہوا پانی تریدوش-نाशک ہے؛ مگر رات بھر رکھا ہوا (باسی) پانی دَوش پیدا کرنے والا ہو جاتا ہے۔
