ایک سو انہترواں باب۔ دھنونتری نے کہا: 'مفید اور نقصان دہ کی تمیز کے لیے میں انوپان (دوا کے ساتھ پینے والی چیز) کا طریقہ بتاتا ہوں۔ لال چاول تینوں دوشوں کو ختم کرتا ہے اور پیاس و چربی کو دور کرتا ہے۔'
