ماہِ آشویُج میں ‘کرت’ (پکا/تیار شدہ) غذا ترک کرے اور ورت وغیرہ کے انضباط میں وقت لگائے۔ پندرہ دن یا ایک ماہ تک کم کھائے؛ یوں وہ دنتولُوکھلِک (جس کے لیے دانت ہی اوکھلی ہوں، نہایت سادہ خور) بن جاتا ہے۔
