गन्धर्वाणां किन्नराणां राक्षसानां च शान्तिदः । हृताधिकारा देवाश्च चरन्ति भिक्षुका यथा

gandharvāṇāṃ kinnarāṇāṃ rākṣasānāṃ ca śāntidaḥ . hṛtādhikārā devāśca caranti bhikṣukā yathā

وہ گندھرووں، کنروں اور راکشسوں کو سکون دینے والا (حاکم) تھا۔ اس دوران، دیوتا اپنے اختیارات سے محروم ہو کر فقیروں کی طرح بھٹکنے لگے۔
