Brahmā’s Bewilderment and Kṛṣṇa Becoming the Calves and Cowherd Boys
Brahma-vimohana-līlā
śṛṇuṣvāvahito rājann api guhyaṁ vadāmi te brūyuḥ snigdhasya śiṣyasya guravo guhyam apy uta
This verse says that confidential truths are shared by realized teachers when the listener is attentive and is an affectionate, faithful disciple.
Śukadeva prepares Parīkṣit to hear a deeper, more confidential dimension of Kṛṣṇa’s līlā, emphasizing that such topics are properly received through focused, faithful hearing.
Approach spiritual study with full attention, humility, and consistency; confidential insights arise not from argument, but from sincere listening and trust in authentic guidance.
