Pṛthu Mahārāja Meets the Four Kumāras: Bhakti as the Boat Across Saṁsāra
किं तस्य दुर्लभतरमिह लोके परत्र च । यस्य विप्रा: प्रसीदन्ति शिवो विष्णुश्च सानुग: ॥ ८ ॥
kiṁ tasya durlabhataram iha loke paratra ca yasya viprāḥ prasīdanti śivo viṣṇuś ca sānugaḥ
جس پر برہمن اور ویشنو بھکت خوش ہوں، اُس کے لیے اس دنیا اور اگلی دنیا میں کون سی چیز نایاب رہ جاتی ہے؟ مزید یہ کہ اُن کے ساتھ رہنے والے مبارک شیو اور بھگوان وشنو بھی اُس پر مہربان ہوتے ہیں۔
The brāhmaṇas and Vaiṣṇavas are the bearers of Lord Viṣṇu, the all-auspicious. As confirmed in the Brahma-saṁhitā (5.38) :
