The Sūtas Foretell the Glories and Future Deeds of King Pṛthu
अन्तर्बहिश्च भूतानां पश्यन् कर्माणि चारणै: । उदासीन इवाध्यक्षो वायुरात्मेव देहिनाम् ॥ १२ ॥
antar bahiś ca bhūtānāṁ paśyan karmāṇi cāraṇaiḥ udāsīna ivādhyakṣo vāyur ātmeva dehinām
پرتھو مہاراج اپنے جاسوسوں کے ذریعے رعایا کے باطن و ظاہر کے سب اعمال دیکھ سکے گا، مگر اس کی جاسوسی کی تدبیر کوئی نہ جان پائے گا۔ وہ تعریف و مذمت میں بے تعلق رہے گا—جیسے جسم میں اندر اور باہر پھیلی ہوئی پران وायु ہر معاملے میں غیر جانب دار رہتی ہے۔
