प्रकृतिष्वरूढः सुखमुच्छेत्तुं भवतीति ॥ कZ_०८.२.१८ ॥
Transliteration
prakṛtiṣv arūḍhaḥ sukham ucchettuṃ bhavatīti
Translation
جو شخص پرکرتیوں (ریاست کے اجزا) میں مضبوطی سے جڑ نہیں پکڑتا، وہ آسانی سے معزول کر دیا جاتا ہے۔
