तेषामभावे तदभावः छिन्नपक्षस्येव राज्ञश्चेष्टानाशश्च ॥ कZ_०८.१.०९ ॥
Transliteration
teṣām abhāve tadabhāvaḥ chinnapakṣasyeva rājñaś ceṣṭānāśaś ca
Translation
ان کے نہ ہونے سے وہ کام بھی نہیں ہوتے؛ اور بادشاہ کی عمل کرنے کی صلاحیت بھی ختم ہو جاتی ہے—جیسے کٹے پروں والا پرندہ۔
