अन्यैरमात्यगुणैरयुक्ता ह्येते ॥ कZ_०१.८.१५ ॥
Transliteration
anyair amātyaguṇair ayuktā hy ete
Translation
کیونکہ یہ (کام انجام دینے والے) وزیروں کے لیے درکار دیگر اوصاف سے ابھی بھی محروم ہو سکتے ہیں۔
