FAQs

To establish disciplined role-based conduct as a strategic asset: when rulers and officials adhere to their defined duties, the state gains legitimacy, predictability in administration, and conditions for security and prosperity.

It supports professional ethics and rule-bound administration: clear mandates, conflict-of-interest controls, and consistent compliance improve trust, reduce corruption risk, and increase institutional performance.

The verse does not name a specific office; it prescribes that each actor in governance (especially the ruler and ministers) must faithfully perform the duties of their role, aligning conduct with assigned responsibilities to sustain public welfare and state stability.
