Transliteration

teṣām ajātasnehe pitary upāṃśudaṇḍaḥ śreyān iti bhāradvājaḥ

Translation

بھاردواج کہتا ہے: جب ان کے اور باپ کے درمیان ابھی محبت/اعتماد پیدا نہ ہوا ہو تو پوشیدہ/خاموش تادیب (باریک سزا) بہتر ہے۔
