Transliteration

upalabhamāno nānutiṣṭhaty āhāryabuddhiḥ

Translation

سمجھا دینے اور سمجھ میں آ جانے کے باوجود، ادھار (دوسرے کی) عقل والا شخص واجب کام انجام نہیں دیتا۔
