तेषां किल्बिषमदण्डकरा हरन्त्ययोगक्षेमावहाश्च प्रजानाम् ॥ कZ_०१.१३.०८ ॥

Transliteration

teṣāṃ kilbiṣamadaṇḍakarā harantyayogakṣemāvahāśca prajānām

Translation

لیکن جو (بادشاہ) رعایا کے یوگ-کشیَم کے بغیر جرمانے اور ٹیکس وصول کرتے ہیں، وہ گناہ کے مستحق ہوتے ہیں۔
