अपूर्वस्य संधेः सानुबन्धैः सामादिभिः पर्येषणं समहीनज्यायसां च यथाबलमवस्थापनमकृतचिकीर्षा ॥ कZ_०७.६.१९ ॥
Transliteration
apūrvasya saṃdheḥ sānubandhaiḥ sāmādibhiḥ paryeṣaṇaṃ samahīnajyāyasāṃ ca yathābalam avasthāpanam akṛtacikīrṣā
Translation
‘اکرتچکیرشا’ (ابھی نہ کی گئی پالیسی): سام وغیرہ (سام، دان، بھید، دَند) کو اُن کے ضمنی تدابیر سمیت استعمال کر کے نئے معاہدے کے امکان کی تلاش کرنا؛ اور برابر، کمتر اور برتر قوتوں کو اپنی طاقت کے مطابق حالت/مقام پر قائم رکھنا۔
