Transliteration
calāmitrādbhūmilābhe śakyasāmantato viśeṣaḥ
Translation
غیر مستحکم/ناقابلِ اعتماد دوست سے زمین حاصل ہونے پر قابو میں لائے جا سکنے والے پڑوسی حاکم (شکْیَ-سامنت) پر خاص/حکمتِ عملی کی برتری حاصل ہوتی ہے۔
