तस्यातिक्रम उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च कर्मणा व्यापादनेन च ॥ कZ_०४.८.२० ॥

Transliteration

tasyātikrama uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca karmaṇā vyāpādanena ca

Translation

اس (پابندی) کی خلاف ورزی پر اعلیٰ ترین سزا ہوگی—کرنے والے کو بھی اور کروانے/حکم دینے والے کو بھی؛ اور اس عمل کے دوران ہونے والے نقصان یا موت پر بھی (ذمہ داری عائد ہوگی)۔
