तयोरपचरणे रागस्यापहारं विद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१.३१ ॥
Transliteration
tayor apacaraṇe rāgasyāpahāraṃ vidyāt
Translation
ان دونوں میں سے کسی ایک کی خلاف ورزی/جرم کی صورت میں ‘راغ’ (یعنی جرم سے حاصل شدہ ناجائز نفع/قیمتی مال) کی ضبطی مقرر کرنی چاہیے۔
