samāhartṛvan nāgariko nagaraṃ cintayet
Translation
سمہارتا کی طرح ناگرک (شہر کا نگران) کو شہر کا مسلسل جائزہ لے کر اس کی نگرانی اور انتظام کرنا چاہیے۔
