बाधतीर्थाश्चैताः कार्या राजद्विष्टकारिणां तरणभयात् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१४ ॥

Transliteration

bādhatīrthāścaitāḥ kāryā rājadviṣṭakāriṇāṃ taraṇabhayāt

Translation

بادشاہ کے خلاف کام کرنے والوں کو ناجائز طور پر پار اترنے سے خوف زدہ/مشکل میں ڈالنے کے لیے رکاوٹ والے/کنٹرول شدہ گھاٹ (تیर्थ) قائم کیے جائیں۔
